Welcome to The Oasis, a self-care platform operated by My Self-Care Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, music library, AI companion (Kara), and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or starting a free trial, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.
You'll keep your login information secure and not share it with anyone else. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
The Oasis is a digital self-care system. It includes:
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.
New monthly members get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the 7 days and you will not be charged.
If you don't cancel before your trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at $17/month (Foundation tier) or the rate of the tier you chose. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at signup at the rate shown on the pricing page. Annual plans renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing ray@myselfcare.studio. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you'll keep access until that period ends.
Cancellations during the 7-day trial mean you are not charged at all. After the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If something has gone genuinely wrong on our end, please reach out — we want you to be happy with the Service.
If we change subscription prices, we will give existing members at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that Kara may detect crisis-related language in your messages and respond with safety information and resources. We do this in good faith to support your wellbeing.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Your journal entries, F.L.O.W. submissions, messages to Kara, and other personal content remain yours. You own it.
By submitting content to the Service, you give us a limited license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service for you — including sending your messages to Kara to our AI provider to generate Kara's replies.
We will never publish your content publicly, sell it, or share it with advertisers.
All music, courses, frameworks (including F.L.O.W., the SCS Blueprint, and the Models), brand assets, and software are owned by My Self-Care Studio LLC or licensed to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use them for your own self-care during your active membership. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Self-Care Studio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and notify active members by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you becomes impractical for us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida — unless you have rights under your local consumer protection laws that apply regardless.
